Larger items and furniture
For marked rugs, throws and decorations, we reserve a maximum shipping amount of €19.90 per item, or the standard parcel amount if higher. Multiple marked items are charged individually. Regular shipping is added for any standard products ordered alongside them. Furniture to Austria and Germany: maximum shipping reservation €49.90 per item. Furniture to other countries and baskets over 30 kg require an individual quote before ordering; no automatic shipping rate is offered.
Islands and special territories
Standard rates apply to areas served by our fulfilment partner. Islands are generally excluded except the Greek islands and Corsica expressly served by the partner; Ireland is included as a listed destination country. Standard delivery is unavailable to unserved islands and special territories, including the Spanish islands, Ceuta and Melilla, Madeira and the Azores, French overseas territories, Åland, Sicily and Sardinia. Please enquire before ordering if your address is uncertain. Russia and Ukraine are outside our delivery area.
Fulfilment and payment
Our fulfilment partner Ancient Wisdom s.r.o. packs the goods in Slovakia and dispatches them directly to your delivery address. EVONHouse&build s.r.o. remains your contractual seller. The agreed standard delivery period is listed in the table and starts after successful payment. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays at the dispatch or delivery location. We inform you of known delays. All prices are in EUR; available payment methods are shown at checkout and processed through Stripe. Cash on delivery is not offered.
Card reservation and final shipping costs
We initially reserve the goods price plus the displayed maximum shipping amount on your card. This is not a final charge. Once the actual shipping cost is confirmed, we capture the final total, which cannot exceed the amount you authorised. The goods price remains unchanged. Any unused balance is released. Higher costs require your new express payment authorisation. Card reservations expire; a new authorisation is required if the reservation expires. We do not wait until delivery to review shipping costs. You receive the final order summary after capture. Placing an order creates an obligation to pay even though the initial transaction is a reservation.
USA: forwarding through Czechia on request
Choose a US state and a reference parcel for an indicative calculation. The final shipping price is confirmed using the ZIP code and the actual packed goods. US orders therefore require an individual quote in advance; online payment without a confirmed shipping quote is unavailable.

The calculation includes forwarding through Czechia and a handling allowance. It is not a confirmed transport booking. Import duties, local taxes and additional customs or delivery fees are excluded. Alaska and Hawaii require separate confirmation. The parcel dimensions must fit the goods.
