These terms apply to sales of goods offered on navrelumo.eu to consumers with a delivery address in one of the 25 European countries listed under Shipping and payment. Sales to the USA require an individually confirmed quote in advance.
2. Orders and formation of the contract
Product listings are an invitation to place an order. You can correct input errors and change the basket before submitting it. Completing the order with an obligation to pay constitutes a binding offer. The automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of the order. For card payments through Stripe, we accept your offer upon successful card authorisation and our order confirmation. The total is initially reserved. Final capture follows confirmation of the actual shipping cost as described under Shipping and payment. If authorisation fails, no contract is formed through that payment attempt.
3. Prices and delivery
Prices are in euros and include the stated VAT. Shipping costs and the total are shown before completing the order. Our fulfilment partner delivers directly to you; we remain responsible for proper performance of the contract. See Shipping and payment for delivery areas, costs and times.
4. Withdrawal and defects
Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal described in the separate withdrawal notice. Statutory warranty rights apply to defects and are not restricted by our B2B supplier’s deadlines or terms. We coordinate returns and complaints at navrelumo@seznam.cz.
5. Contract languages and storage
The contract languages are German and English. You can save or print order details before completion. After completing your order, you receive the order details and applicable contractual information by email.
6. Consumer rights and dispute resolution
Mandatory protections applicable to consumers in their habitual place of residence remain unaffected. Contact us using our contact details to seek an amicable resolution. Information about the relevant Czech consumer dispute resolution body: Česká obchodní inspekce (ADR). Statutory duties to participate and the option to complain to the competent body remain unaffected.
