Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. For goods delivered together, the period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods. For goods in one order delivered separately, it begins when the last item is received.

Effects of withdrawal
We will reimburse payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered, within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal notice. Extra costs for a more expensive delivery method you selected are excluded. Reimbursement uses the same payment method unless another method without additional fees is expressly agreed. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of their return, whichever occurs first.
Return or hand over the goods within fourteen days after notifying us of withdrawal. The deadline is met if the goods are sent in time. Return them to our fulfilment partner’s receiving address below. Contact navrelumo@seznam.cz to coordinate the return; this does not restrict statutory deadlines or rights.
You bear the direct cost of an ordinary withdrawal return unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. Statutory cost rules apply to valid defect claims. You are liable for diminished value only where it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning. Original packaging is not a general condition for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.
