Orders and customer contact
We process the contact, billing, delivery and order details you provide to take steps towards and perform a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. We meet statutory documentation and retention obligations under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Technical security logs may be processed to protect the shop on the basis of our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Recipients
Our fulfilment partner Ancient Wisdom s.r.o., CTPark Trnava, Prílohy 583/57, 919 26 Zavar, Slovakia, receives the delivery and order information needed to dispatch your order. Carriers receive the information necessary for delivery. Payments are processed through Stripe, whose payment forms collect payment details. Our VPS is hosted by Contabo; customer emails are handled through Seznam. We limit disclosure to the relevant purpose. Depending on its role, Stripe processes payment data as an independent controller or a service provider. Information about recipients, international transfers and safeguards is available in Stripe’s privacy policy. A list of the carriers used and information about our processors is available on request.
Retention periods
Order information is retained to perform the contract and for the applicable statutory retention periods. Other enquiries are retained only as long as necessary for their purpose and, where relevant, to establish or defend claims. The period depends in particular on statutory obligations, ongoing performance of the contract and potential legal claims. Data no longer needed and not subject to retention requirements is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can withdraw consent with effect for the future. You may complain to a competent data protection authority. Send requests to navrelumo@seznam.cz.
Cookies and advertising
Essential basket and login functions may require cookies. Optional advertising and analytics processing is used only after any required consent has been obtained. Contacting us or placing an order does not constitute consent to personalised advertising. This notice is updated to reflect changes to measurement and advertising technology. Newsletter registration is not currently offered.
Google Ads – measurement of paid purchases
If you consent to advertising measurement in Privacy settings, we use Google Ads provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google’s measurement code loads only after consent. Online identifiers, device and browser information, IP addresses and pages visited may be processed. For a paid purchase we also send a pseudonymous transaction number, the total paid and the currency. The transaction number prevents duplicate counting of the same order. Purchases of our payment-test item are excluded.
Processing and storage are based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and the applicable national rules for accessing your device). You can shop without consenting and change or withdraw your choice at any time using Privacy settings in the footer. Your choice is stored in the browser for up to 180 days. Existing Google Ads cookies may last longer depending on the service; on withdrawal we attempt to delete accessible Google Ads cookies on our domain. Advertising interactions are counted within the attribution window configured in Google Ads. We do not use enhanced conversions containing names, email addresses, phone numbers or card details, and do not enable personalised advertising here.
